Zack is the president and founder of Code For Cash, Inc. After beginning his career in Silicon Valley working for Andreesen Horowitz partner Alex Rampell, his first breakout success was with his app "Lamefactor" that was acquired in 2007. He is a coauthor of the Amazon bestseller The Software Engineer's Guide to Freelance Consulting. He is fluent in over 10 programming language and speaks English, Spanish and Swedish. He graduated from The University of Chicago where he studied psychology and mathematics.

Kristofer is a self-taught full-stack developer from Iceland, currently living in Germany. His skillset spans web development, mobile development, and system administration. His last position was as a lead developer at a Digital Assets Management Software-as-a-Service company based in Iceland. He speaks English, French and Icelandic, but he's currently learning German ("Ein Bier. Danke").

Kristofer is a freelance contractor for the codefor.cash platform itself.
