The Shared Mile

A hundred years ago, personal transportation was revolutionized by access to an affordable vehicle. Today, transportation no longer requires ownership. Today, we commute with access to an affordable mile.

A shared mile is defined as those miles consumed by riders or goods using transportation as a service.

Market Size

The bundling of services and passengers creates new opportunities for suppliers of the shared mile. Within 10 years, the revenue opportunity for shared miles will exceed that of the traditional automakers.
